(Off-Dry, White)

Our rising star and an instant summer favorite!   We started with dry Pinot Grigio in which we infused  sweet coconut and a hint of lime on the finish, reminding us of a light “Pina Colada” vibe.  Although made with Pinot Grigio grapes, the coconut gives it a hint of sweetness up front, so we will say that this is a semi-sweet on the taste range with a prominent crisp lime finish.
